3. Medical care and responsibility

• All clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatments and medical outcomes are the sole responsibility of the Partner Clinic and its clinicians. Your treatment contract is formed directly between you and the Partner Clinic.
• Treatment plans and quotes prepared from photos or X-rays are preliminary. Final treatment suitability, scope and schedule are confirmed only after your in-person clinical evaluation at the Partner Clinic. Some treatments — implants in particular — may require more than one visit, with healing time between stages.
• Celaviee does not guarantee any clinical result or outcome.

4. Quotes, prices and savings comparisons

• Your free plan and quote are provided without payment or commitment.
• A quote becomes binding only when confirmed in your final itemized quote, subject to the clinical evaluation described above. Any comparison with prices in other countries is indicative and provided for orientation only.

5. Travel services and eligibility

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information about your health and dental situation, including medical records the Partner Clinic requests.
• Follow the treating clinicians' instructions before, during and after treatment.
• Attend scheduled appointments and follow-ups; inform us promptly of changes.

8. Alessia — AI assistant

Our website offers "Alessia", an AI-powered assistant. Alessia provides general information and helps you start your free treatment plan. Alessia does not provide medical advice, diagnoses or treatment decisions, and information from Alessia does not replace consultation with a qualified clinician. Conversations may be processed to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Website content

Website content is for general information only and may change without notice. Patient stories and result images reflect individual experiences; every case is different. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice or an offer capable of acceptance without written confirmation.

10. Limitation of liability
